Plyzor is a social app, operated by Superstar Technologies, Inc. ("Plyzor," "we," "us," "our"), where users upload media (photos, videos, GIFs, voice clips, music) into an in-app auction house. Other users bid with in-app coins to win and display that content on their own profile. Coins have no real-world value. By creating an account or using Plyzor you agree to these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you and Superstar Technologies, Inc. If you do not agree, do not use Plyzor.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Plyzor. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are not prohibited from using the service under any applicable law.
You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure. You must not share your account, sell it, or transfer it to another person. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
When you upload content to Plyzor, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify and reformat (for example, transcoding video, generating thumbnails, and resizing images for delivery), display, and serve that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the service. You retain ownership of your content. This license lasts as long as the content remains on Plyzor; where another user has won your content at auction, the license and your username attribution continue for as long as that content is displayed on the winner's profile, even after you delete your account.
You may not upload content that: (a) you do not have the rights to share; (b) contains nudity, sexual content, or sexual content involving minors; (c) depicts gore, graphic violence, or self-harm; (d) is hateful, harassing, or threatening; (e) infringes on others' intellectual property; (f) violates applicable law. We use automated tools and community reports to enforce these rules and may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can report content or users from the menu on any post or profile, and you can block other users; we review reports and act on objectionable content, including removing it and ejecting the responsible user, typically within 24 hours. Your continued use of Plyzor is conditioned on your agreement to these standards.
Plyzor coins, collected items, and rankings are a limited, personal, revocable license to use a feature of the service, not your property and not a stored-value or financial instrument. Coins are earned through gameplay (selling your content at auction, daily spins, daily logins, referrals, etc.). They have no monetary value, cannot be bought with real money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts outside of the auction system. We reserve the right to adjust, withhold, or revoke coin balances at any time to reflect bugs, fraud, abuse, or moderation actions. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue the coin economy, any feature, or the entire service at any time, with or without notice, and you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation for coins or items. Coins and items are forfeited when your account is terminated. Some features, including the daily spin, weekly lottery, raffles, and boxes, award coins or items at random; outcomes are determined by chance and are not guaranteed. These features are free to play: no purchase is ever necessary, there is no real-money wagering and no cash prize, and where any such feature is restricted by your local law it is void where prohibited.
Plyzor is meant to be played by real people, one account per person. You may not: (a) create or operate multiple accounts to farm coins, referral rewards, or sign-up bonuses; (b) use additional accounts to bid on, win, or "sell to" yourself in order to move coins, items, or ranking between accounts; (c) exploit bugs, errors, or unintended mechanics to gain coins or items; or (d) use bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the service. We monitor for these patterns, and where we reasonably suspect them we may, at our sole discretion and without notice, revoke affected coins and items, reset stats or rankings, and suspend or permanently terminate the accounts involved.
All auctions follow the rules described in the in-app spec (durations, bid increments, anti-snipe extensions, etc.). We may modify these rules over time. Bidding on your own auctions is prohibited and will void affected bids.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; doing so permanently removes your collection, bids, balance, and profile data. Content you uploaded that others have won remains visible on the winners' profiles with your username attached.
We may remove any content, and limit, suspend, or terminate any account, at our discretion, including content reported by other users, flagged by automated tools, or that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law. We are not obligated to host, display, or preserve any content. When content is removed or an account is actioned, related coins, items, bids, or rankings may be adjusted or removed as part of that action. If you believe a removal was a mistake, you may appeal by contacting us at [email protected]; we review appeals but do not guarantee reinstatement. Copyright-infringement claims are handled separately under our Copyright Policy.
Plyzor provides the platform; it is not a party to interactions between users. Auctions, bids, wins, duos, trades, and any other user-to-user activity happen between users, and outcomes are not guaranteed, so you may be outbid, lose an auction, or have content you won later removed for a policy violation. We do not arbitrate disputes between users over coins, items, rankings, or content, and we are not responsible for any loss arising from another user's conduct. Coins and items are a revocable, in-app license with no cash value; losing them, whether through gameplay, moderation, anti-abuse action, or account deletion, is not a compensable loss.
Plyzor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content, coin balance, item, ranking, or auction outcome will be preserved, available, or accurate at any given time. You use Plyzor at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plyzor and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of coins, items, content, data, rankings, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plyzor and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of content you upload, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Please read this section carefully; it affects your legal rights. Except for (a) claims that qualify for small-claims court and (b) claims to enforce or protect intellectual-property rights, you and Superstar Technologies, Inc. agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be held in Florida or, at your election, by phone, video, or written submissions. You and we waive any right to a jury trial. Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis: neither you nor we will bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action, and the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will proceed in court. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
If you download Plyzor from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge: these Terms are between you and Superstar Technologies, Inc. only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for Plyzor or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Plyzor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to Plyzor, and any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility, not Apple's. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to Plyzor, including product-liability claims, claims that Plyzor fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer-protection or similar law, nor for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party intellectual-property claim. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated "terrorist-supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements about it. You may not assign or transfer these Terms; we may assign them, including to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. The sections that by their nature should survive termination, including the content license for content others have won, the in-app currency terms, the disclaimers and limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, survive termination of your account or these Terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them for any purpose without obligation to you.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of Plyzor after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
