Copyright Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-07

1. Content Ownership

You may only upload content to Plyzor that you own or have the legal rights to use and distribute. This includes photos, videos, audio, music, GIFs, and any other media you put up for auction.

If you don't own the rights, you must have explicit permission from the rights holder before listing the content.

2. DMCA Compliance

Plyzor complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content.

3. Safe Harbor Statement

Plyzor qualifies for safe harbor protection under Section 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Plyzor does not have actual knowledge of infringing material on its platform, does not receive a financial benefit directly attributable to infringing activity, and acts expeditiously to remove or disable access to infringing content upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice. Plyzor has designated an agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement as described below.

4. Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you believe content on Plyzor infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent:

Designated DMCA Agent

Phone: (561) 560-6509

Email: [email protected]

Copyright Office registration: DMCA-1071649

Your notice must include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • A link to or description of the infringing content on Plyzor (auction URL, username, etc.)
  • A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

5. Removal of Infringing Content

On receiving a valid DMCA notice we'll remove or disable access to the content within 24-48 hours and make a reasonable effort to notify the user who posted it. If the auction had already sold, we refund the winner the coins they paid (from our treasury reserve, recovered from the seller where necessary). Bids on an auction that is still live simply release, since no coins change hands until an auction ends.

6. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected]. It must include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the original complainant
  • Your physical or electronic signature

On receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

Plyzor maintains a repeat-infringer policy. Accounts that repeatedly upload content that infringes on the copyrights of others may be suspended or permanently terminated.

8. Contact
